Swim Vanity
In the world of swimming, like all activities for fitness, when results are achieved, there crops in a certain amount of vanity. Most telling why people pick up zumba, yoga, gyms etc.
But life is hectic, not everybody have the time for a full body workout. Guess what, without resting any part of your body on solid ground, the ability to swim for an hour a day, whatever strokes, you achieve more than hours in the gym, or a yoga class. Its like a space program of weightlessness, anti-gravity workout that activates all muscle groups with the aid of water. The very reason why swimming is good for physiotherapy, muscle rehabilitation is undisputable.
My gym sets are butterfly (most strenuous of the 4 competitive strokes),
aerobics sets are freestyle (endurance swim),
yoga sets are breaststroke (yoga stretches),
warm down sets are backstroke (rest and relax and slow down the heart rate).
The V-shape results are fast and furious!
