Why Swim?

Swimming, life skills, sports therapy, great exercise to improve body posture, stamina building, cardio-pulmonary training like no other.
Renewed interest in swimming after teaching my son the 4 competitive strokes, lots of changes to styles and techniques over the years. Now there's total immersion technique, shaw butterfly technique, all very valid in their own way and intriguing to learn. Not a bad time to explore how I can develop teaching techniques and swim better.
