Intro
Swimming is all about working with water, you over control (over exert) you sink, you too relax (the waves push you out of trajectory), aquatic sense means knowing when to relax when waves are moving you and when to exert when you sense yourself slowing down or losing momentum. That's why I spend so much time mastering one skill I think is beneficial to me for life, and I embrace that skill as a philosophy in my thinking and problem solving. Only then I can move on.
